Suggested Uses
• Aromatherapy: Add a few drops to a diffuser, alone or blended with citrus oils for a warm, herbaceous atmosphere
• Topical (diluted only): Always blend with a carrier oil before skin application — oregano is one of the strongest essential oils and requires more aggressive dilution (1–2% maximum in carrier oil)
• Natural cleaning: Add a few drops to DIY cleaning sprays for a fresh, herbaceous scent
• Steam blends: Add to a bowl of hot water for an aromatic steam preparation
Safety: For external use only. Highly concentrated — always dilute. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children and pets. Not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing. Patch test before broader topical use. Consult a healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin or known plant allergies.
How to Use
Diffuser: Add 3–5 drops to a water-filled diffuser and run for 30–60 minutes at a time.
Topical (diluted): Mix 1–2 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, almond). Patch test first. Never apply undiluted to skin.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place in the original dark glass bottle, away from heat and direct sunlight.
